Woodland Trust Printer Paper is mainly made from forest thinnings from sustainable forests and chippings from saw mills. The pulp and paper are produced on the same site, minimising transportation. 95 of the heat energy used to make Woodland Trust Office Paper is generated from renewable bio-fuel produced as a bi-product by the mill. The surplus heat from the manufacturing process is piped to over 3,000 homes and civic buildings throughout the surrounding area. There are 0 CO2 emissions from fossil fuels during the production process.
